Highlighting some recent updates in the World Wide Web:
Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, now has a deathmatch mode for classic fragging. I've played it a bit and it's nothing spectacular but it's a bit of fun with a few other players. This is fast-paced deathmatch, much like Quake, so it's "kill or be killed". It's a shame there are few servers, and most of them international, so ping is bad, but it's not too much of an issue. I won a game with a ping over 300. It's great fun, especially with just two or three players, so great for small LANs.
We have also started with some minor preparations for a new Source mod. We are currently hiring a character concept artist, a modeller, a texture artist, and a Source programmer. If you want to help, or know someone who can, please email me at: hlifehotdog@gmail.com
